Dear A.P.W.U. Brothers and Sisters:

With your vote I can become The New
HEALTH PLAN DIRECTOR

My primary concern is to insure that
each plan relating to Health Care
will be treated fairly.

One plan gives you (the consumer)
a pretty nice purse to work with up front,
and the other plan does not have
this lucrative option.

Once again we need to
even up the score.

If anyone is going to receive an
expense account then it should be
those who are paying the higher premium.

All members of the A.P.W.U. Health Plan
deserve the opportunity to have
control of an expense account.

I will do everything within my power
to make sure that High Option,
and Consumer Driven Option will
receive the same treatment.
